Job summary

IAP World Services, an Intrepid Global Solutions company, seeks a Quality Control Manager to oversee internal quality programs and act as the central point of contact for quality matters across Virginia and Maryland facilities.

Qualified candidates will have an Associate degree in Quality Management (preferred) and at least five years of QCM experience, including two years in facility operations, maintenance, and repair. Top Secret SCI w/ CI Poly clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience as a QCM.
• At least two years QCM experience in facility operations, maintenance and repair.
• Hands-on knowledge of Progress Control, Quality Data Analysis and Statistical Sampling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee internal quality management program and ensure adherence to standards.
• Serve as the central point of contact for quality matters across multiple facilities.

Under a major Intelligence Community contract, IAP operates and maintains facilities, systems, and associated grounds across Virginia and Maryland. Services provided include comprehensive facility operations; project management for renovations, minor construction, and major equipment repairs; engineering, construction, and operations support; custodial and grounds maintenance services; environmental, safety, and occupational health support; food services; motor pool and logistics operations; and physical and technical security services.

As the Quality Control Manager , you will be responsible for overall management and implementation of internal quality and serve as the central point of contact for quality matters.

EDUATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Associates degree in Quality Management is preferred
• The QCM shall have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a QCM, to include a minimum of two (2) years QCM experience in facility operations, maintenance and repair.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• The QCM shall have hands‑on knowledge and experience in, as a minimum, the following areas: Progress Control, Quality Data Analysis, and Statistical Sampling.
