Job summary

Beachview Rentals in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control/Linens Processor to inspect vacation rental units after cleaning, report deficiencies, and manage linens at our commercial laundry facility.

You will collaborate with Quality Control Managers to uphold standards, lift up to 30 lbs, and use a mobile app for reporting. This on-site role supports guest satisfaction and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping, quality control, or a similar role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify cleanliness or maintenance issues.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license/insurance.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays if required.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Professional proficiency in English.

This role involves inspecting properties after cleaning, reporting any deficiencies or necessary repairs, and processing linens at our commercial laundry facility, and collaborating with Quality Control Managers to uphold company standards

• Report any deficiencies, damages, or maintenance issues using a company-provided app.


• Ensure all units are properly stocked with linens and amenities before guest arrivals.
