Job summary

Pacific Federal Management is seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee the QC department, supervise staff, and ensure products meet quality, integrity, and performance standards. You will evaluate programs, implement testing processes, and collaborate with leadership across production to drive continuous improvements.

This full-time role requires strong communication, leadership, and a solid background in manufacturing quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of related experience; 5+ years as quality engineer preferred.
• Thorough understanding of manufacturing and production.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Quality Control department and supervise staff.
• Evaluate safety, security, and quality measures and advise improvements.
• Ensure products meet quality, integrity, functionality and specs.
• Draft quality standards with leadership across departments.
• Develop and implement testing and evaluation processes.
• Communicate with leadership teams.
• Review QC documents for accuracy and relevance.
• Conduct random inspections and QC checks.
• Report QC and operations status to executives and regulatory agencies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
