Pacific Federal Management (PFM) is seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee the Quality Control department, ensure quality, integrity, and efficiency standards, and lead staff to meet organizational goals.

You will develop testing and evaluation processes, conduct inspections, report status to executives and regulators when required, and collaborate with leadership across production to maintain compliant, high‑quality operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Eight to 10 years of related experience required, with at least five years as a quality engineer or similar role highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to train staff and lead teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the Quality Control department and supervise staff.
• Conduct evaluations of safety, security, quality measures and advise on improvements.
• Evaluate production operations to ensure products meet quality, integrity, functionality, and other specifications.
• Collaborate with leadership to draft acceptable quality standards.
• Develop and implement quality testing and evaluation processes.
• Facilitate communication among leadership teams.
• Review quality control documentation (checklists, logs, reports) for effectiveness and accuracy.
• Conduct random inspections and quality control checks.
• Periodically report QC and operations status to executive leadership and, when required, regulatory agencies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
