Job summary

PATCO Products in Grandview, MO, is seeking an experienced Quality Control Supervisor to lead a QC team, oversee laboratory operations, testing, and quality systems to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance.

You will drive continuous improvement, maintain SOPs and LIMS, coordinate instrument calibration, and work with Engineering and Operations to strengthen quality across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical field required.
• 3+ years in quality/regulatory leadership in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, SPC, PCQI requirements.
• Experience coaching QC/lab staff and leading continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead QC Technicians testing materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMPs, FSMA, BRCGS, ISO 9001, EXCiPACT.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain quality documentation.
• Oversee LIMS, calibration, maintenance of lab instruments.
• Coordinate investigations and CAPAs with timely completion.
