Job summary

Clark Pacific is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead inspection, testing, and quality processes on manufactured products. You will work with the Quality team, production personnel, and leadership to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires 3–5 years in quality control with supervisory experience and a solid understanding of quality systems, measurement tools, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in manufacturing quality control/QA
• Prefer prior supervisory role
• Knowledge of quality systems, inspection methods, and continuous improvement
• Ability to read production drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and data entry
• Experience maintaining accurate documentation and quality records

Responsibilities

• Oversee inspection and testing of materials, components, and finished products to ensure quality.
• Ensure manufacturing processes adhere to established quality, reliability, and performance requirements.
• Communicate quality expectations to production teams and support staff.
• Develop and improve procedures, specifications, and quality control methods.
• Monitor material compliance and supplier quality requirements.
• Conduct assessments of production processes and implement in-house quality policies.
• Recommend and implement corrective actions to improve compliance and product quality.
• Supervise quality personnel and inspectors.
• Inspect final output to verify compliance and maintain product consistency.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and statistical analysis.
• Communicate quality concerns with production and management.
• Support continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
