Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead the QC team across ready-mix operations. You will conduct analyses, interpret results, and collaborate with production to ensure product quality from raw materials to finished concrete.

You'll mentor technicians, implement training, maintain records, and stay current with industry standards. Eligible candidates have 3–5 years in QC management and prefer ACI certification; SRM offers growth, solid benefits, and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Ready Mix Concrete Quality Control management or similar.
• Strong understanding of concrete testing methods and QA

Responsibilities

• Lead routine and specialized analyses of raw materials, in-process, and finished concrete products.
• Interpret test results, compare to specifications, and authorize release decisions.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure conformance to quality standards.
• Mentor and train production staff on quality practices.
• Maintain organized records of tests and quality activities.
• Collaborate with production, operations, sales, and technical services to resolve quality challenges.
