Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Engineering or related field required.
• 5–7 years of heavy civil construction experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records relating to testing data and apply quality control procedures.
• Develop QC reports, post construction reports, and progress reports.
• Ensure materials, workmanship, and construction comply with contract plans and specs.
• Correct defective work or materials until compliant.
• Lead the quality control organization to manage product quality and costs.
• Supervise QC staff during construction stages to test quality attributes (performance, strength, adhesion, etc.).
• Perform inspections and maintain inspection/ performance records.
• Prepare and deliver training on quality control activities.
