Job summary

Traylor Industrial, LLC is seeking a highly capable QA/QC Manager to lead project quality assurance on our construction projects. The role requires developing and implementing the Project Quality Plan, coordinating with field teams, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have a four-year engineering/science degree or equivalent experience, plus extensive QA/QC in construction, and familiarity with codes such as ACI, API, AWS, ASNT, and NACE.

Qualifications

• Must have project QA/QC knowledge and be able to develop and implement the Project Quality Plan.
• Experience with construction QA/QC processes, inspection and testing techniques.
• Broad knowledge of industry codes (ACI, API, AWS, ASME, NEC, etc.).
• Certifications in AWS, ACI, API, ASNT, NACE are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain project QA/QC files.
• Plan and coordinate QA/QC activities with construction activities.
• Manage and evaluate implementation and effectiveness of the Project Quality Plan.
• Provide training to supervision and crafts.
• Oversee QA/QC on multiple projects and liaise with clients and third-party testing agencies.
• Ensure timely testing, document results, and address corrective actions.
