Job summary

Electronic Power Design, Inc. (EPD) is hiring a Quality Control Manufacturing Supervisor in Houston to lead the QC team, own the NCR lifecycle, and drive defect prevention and continuous improvement. You will coordinate staffing, training, and cross-functional quality initiatives with production and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Quality Control team.
• Manage staffing, performance, and training initiatives.

• Own the complete NCR process from initiation through closure.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Monitor quality trends, risks, and containment activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety requirements.
• Manage inspection schedules and department resources.
