Job summary

Foremost Farms is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to support development and monitoring of plant quality programs, ensuring compliance with corporate, regulatory, and customer requirements. You will lead QA/QC activities, oversee FSQA programs, and act as a technical resource for production and quality teams.

You will drive continuous improvement through root-cause analysis, CCPs, HACCP, PCQI, and SQF documentation, while training staff and coordinating audits and product release.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in dairy or food manufacturing quality or QA.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate processes and implement quality improvements.
• Maintain FSQA programs for regulatory compliance.
• Train staff on GMPs, allergens, and food safety.
• Monitor CCPs, HACCP, and SQF documentation.
• Investigate root causes and corrective actions.
• Lead environmental monitoring program.
• Coordinate audits and customer visits.
