Job summary

Sanmina Houston seeks a Quality Control Supervisor to lead the QC team and ensure products meet stringent specifications. You will oversee inspections, mentor inspectors, and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will supervise the QC activities, ensure GD&T is correctly applied, and collaborate with QA to address non-conformances and CAPA initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree/certification is a plus.
• Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• 3–5 years hands-on QC in manufacturing/machining environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to set clear expectations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage daily QC team workflow to align with production schedules.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide clear feedback.
• Identify skill gaps and train inspectors on blueprints and tool usage.
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections and ensure GD&T compliance.
• Collaborate with QA to address non-conformances and drive CAPA.
