You will lead, train, and coordinate quality activities, review documentation, and drive corrective actions across project teams to ensure adherence to contract documents and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of field quality management on large mission-critical construction projects.
• Technical degree in construction, civil, architecture, or engineering required.
• Experience in design, construction, and commissioning of MEP-heavy projects.
• Prior experience leading construction documentation and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality program development and implementation for data center projects.
• Manage daily QC tasks and ensure conformance to contract documents.
• Train project teams on quality processes and standards.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for specifications compliance.
• Conduct weekly QC meetings and document minutes.
• Monitor QA activities, track actions, and verify corrective actions.
