Job summary

Bal Seal Engineering seeks a QC Supervisor to lead the QA team, overseeing all inspection activity from Receiving to Shipping Audit. The role supports interdepartmental projects and ensures compliance with QA procedures. Reports to QA Manager in a manufacturing environment.

The candidate will drive continuous improvement, manage MRB/calibration processes, and collaborate with Production Control to meet goals while maintaining quality in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a quality role.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced computer skills (procedures, data manipulation).
• Experience with PLM software (Agile) and ERP software (E1).
• Ability to read and write in English with technical proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, direct, coach, and manage quality personnel.
• Ensure compliance to company and QA procedures.
• Manage MRB and Calibration processes.
• Coordinate with Production Control to meet production goals.
• Allocate inspection resources and establish performance metrics.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
