Bal Seal Engineering in Foothill Ranch, CA is seeking a QA Manager to lead the QA department and ensure compliance with ISO 9001/AS9100 in a manufacturing setting. You will coach, monitor and evaluate personnel, manage MRB and calibration, and coordinate with Production Control to meet goals.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years in quality, and strong leadership. English proficiency and Spanish preferred. Bal Seal offers comprehensive benefits and equal opportunity employment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or STEM preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a quality role.
• Experience in ISO 9001/AS9100 manufacturing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, coach, and manage QA personnel.
• Ensure compliance with QA procedures.
• Manage MRB and Calibration processes.
• Coordinate with Production Control to meet production goals and ensure timely inspections.
• Allocate inspection resources effectively.
• Establish and monitor inspection performance metrics.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
