Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
• ASQ certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO-9001) and related standards
• Experience with Lean tools and Six Sigma methods
• Ability to interpret technical procedures and regulations

Responsibilities

• Determine quality improvement factors and drive Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Evaluate vendor quality systems and initiate corrective actions
• Implement inspection methods and evaluate manufacturing process reliability
• Manage Internal Quality Audit Program
• Lead Change Management processes
• Plan and organize training for employees on QA tools
• Facilitate major improvement projects and document processes
• Manage Corrective Action program and root-cause analysis
• Travel up to 30% as required
