Job summary

Conti Federal is seeking a Quality Control Manager for civil and structural construction projects. The position requires managing quality control reporting, subcontractor coordination, submittal control, and field inspections to prevent non-conformance.

A strong champion of continuous process improvement is essential. You will lead documentation, ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety plans, and QA/QC plans, and build professional relationships with clients and inspectors.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 5 years of experience in Quality Control leadership on civil/structural construction.
• Proven ability to manage submittals, inspections, and non-conformance reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interface with clients and field inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily quality control reporting and field inspections.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure timely daily reports and submittals.
• Lead non-conformance investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain SAP/NCR logs and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare and review project submittals and QA/QC documentation.
