Job summary

Conti Federal is seeking a Project Quality Manager to oversee quality requirements across civil and structural construction. You will manage daily QC reporting, subcontractor coordination, submittal processing, and field inspections to prevent non-conformance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management; minimum 5 years in construction similar to project scope.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with quality control processes, submittal management, and safety/compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes data to support corrective actions and improvements.
• Coordinates with the Project Manager to ensure timely daily reports and submittals.
• Maintains Non-Conformance Logs and tracks corrective actions.
• Reviews contract documents, plans, and safety/quality plans for conformance.
• Leads meetings and documents minutes; supports continuous process improvement.
• Ensures testing and QC procedures follow proper methods and documentation.
