Job summary

The role focuses on managing project quality requirements across civil and structural work, with emphasis on continuous improvement, daily reporting, submittals, and client coordination. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management, 5+ years of construction QC experience, and USACE QC certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management with a minimum of 5 years of construction experience.
• Current USACE Construction Quality Control for Contractors certification.
• Proficient in the Three Phases of Control Quality Management System used by USACE and other Federal Agencies.
• Experience with submittal management.
• Familiarity with EM 385-1-1 and safety compliance.
• Ability to read and understand contract drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage project quality requirements in civil and structural construction.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure timely submission of daily reports.
• Maintain project Non-Conformance Report Logs and generate reports on actions and trends.
• Lead quality meetings and ensure quality plans and submittals meet contract requirements.
• Develop and drive continuous process improvement to reduce waste and improve performance.
