Job summary

Sensient Technologies Corporation is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor for an onsite role in Missouri (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday – Friday). You will oversee the daily operations of the quality control laboratory and lead a team of technicians to protect product quality and safety.

You will work with production, quality, and leadership to prioritize testing, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement across laboratory performance in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related science; 5+ years lab experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily QC lab operations to support production and product release.
• Supervise, coach, and develop laboratory technicians; ensure training and compliance.
• Review test results, investigate quality concerns, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvements.

We are looking for a Quality Control Supervisor (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday – Friday) to join our team. If you are an experienced laboratory professional who enjoys leading people, improving processes, and ensuring product quality, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. This position is onsite and includes regular work in both a laboratory and manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the daily operations of the quality control laboratory, prioritizing testing to support production and product release.
• Supervise, coach, and develop laboratory technicians while ensuring training, equipment readiness, and compliance with quality and food safety standards.
• Review test results, investigate quality concerns, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues, improve laboratory performance, and support operational goals.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or another science‑related field with 5+ years of laboratory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
