Job summary

Sensient Technologies Corporation in St. Louis, MO seeks an experienced Quality Control Laboratory Leader to guide the QC lab, prioritize testing for production and product release, and drive continual improvement.

You will supervise technicians, ensure training and equipment readiness, uphold quality and food-safety standards, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve operational goals and deliver high-quality products across categories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related science with 5+ years in manufacturing labs.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with regulated practices.

Responsibilities
