Job summary

Sensient Technologies Corporation is seeking a QC Laboratory Aid to support our QA team in St. Louis, MO. The role focuses on processing CoAs, managing testing supplies, and driving quality improvements across QC labs.

The candidate will work Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm, in a collaborative, customer-facing environment with opportunities for training and professional development while contributing to high standards of product quality.

Qualifications

• Associate's or equivalent education in a Technical Degree.
• 2 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance.
• Experience managing multiple small projects in interdepartmental teams.
• Inventory management experience preferred.
• Good communication and ability to develop positive working relationships.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Process Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) entries and data.
• Support ordering and management of testing supplies.

We are seeking a QC Laboratory Aid to join our team. The QC Laboratory Aid will be responsible for processing Certificates of Analysis, supporting lab technicians through ordering and managing testing supplies, and support continuous quality improvement across our QC Labs.

Shift: Monday - Friday (8am - 4pm)

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the data entry of Raw material samples of supplier CoAs and escalates issues to QC leadership team
• Manage and order inventory for laboratory testing supplies
• Work in interdepartmental teams to provide the highest level of support for our customers
• Organize, Maintain, and Audit QC lab testing paperwork
• Collaborate with team members to support process improvements

What You’ll Bring:

• Associate's or equivalent education in a Technical Degree
• 2-years of experience working in quality control or quality assurance
• Experiencing managing multiple small projects and working with a small to mid-size interdepartmental teams
• Inventory management experience preferred
• Good communication skills and the ability to develop positive working relationships
• Experience working in a customer facing role
