Job summary

Air Liquide Advanced Materials in Upper Mount Bethel, PA is seeking a Quality Control Lab Technician I to support analytical operations in a highly structured environment. You will perform routine analyses, document results, and ensure adherence to procedures and ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Responsibilities include operating GC, FTIR, IC, ICP/MS, moisture analyzers; maintaining equipment; inputting data into LIMS; supporting production quality and non-conforming material investigations; and wearing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; chemistry coursework or related training.
• 1+ years of lab and GC experience is preferred.
• Able to wear full-face respirator and pass required tests.
• Flexibility for night shift and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Analyze raw/in-process materials and finished goods using analytical techniques.
• Document test results and input data into databases/LIMS.
• Maintain and troubleshoot analytical equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and safety policies.
• Support production quality and investigations of non-conforming material.
