Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Laboratory Quality Control Technician to maintain testing processes, analyze results, and ensure finished products meet specifications. You will test production batches, record data, and communicate issues to production staff.

Responsibilities include entering batch data into electronic systems, generating paperwork per customer specs, maintaining SOPs for ISO compliance, and assisting in training other lab technicians.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all tests are completed and results meet specifications before moving to next production step.
• Enter batch data into the electronic batch records system.
• Generate paperwork per customer specifications as needed.
• Gather and send customer samples as required.
• Use appropriate computer systems to test products effectively.
• Determine disposition of non-conforming finished goods.
• Place non-conforming material on hold when needed.
• Support ISO Management Systems and Safety Systems.
