Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a QC Lab Technician on second shift to ensure products meet quality and ISO standards. You will manage lab tests, calibrations, and data entry to support production flow and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include maintaining CoAs, participating in root-cause analyses, and communicating results to production and QC teams. The role requires 3–5 years in QC labs or an associate degree with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in science or engineering or 3–5 years QC lab experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to present data.
• Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
• Good verbal, written, and math skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Travel 0–5%.

Responsibilities

• QC Lab and Process Management: manage tests, record results, ensure CoAs and MSDS align with ISO 9001.
• Data Collection and Data Analysis: prepare KPI data and support QC insights for leadership.
• Support lab workflow improvements and cross-functional communications to improve efficiency.
