Job summary

Carolina Beverage Group is seeking a Quality Control Lab Technician for the Day Shift in Mooresville, NC. The role involves sampling, testing and inspection of finished product to meet company standards.

Responsibilities include preparing samples, performing liquid analytical testing, performing line checks, maintaining lab documentation, and supporting daily production huddles. Requires a HS diploma/GED and 3+ years related experience; benefits include health coverage, PTO, 401(k) with match,

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; 3+ years of related experience preferred.
Ability to perform liquid analytical testing and line checks to ensure spec compliance.
Strong documentation and record-keeping for finished products and tests.

Responsibilities

Prepare samples and perform liquid analytical testing to ensure finished product meets standards.
Perform line checks and inspections to ensure product and packaging meet specifications.
Maintain calibration and proper operation of lab equipment.
Document test results and production data accurately and timely.
Attend daily production huddles and support food safety checks for equipment.
