Job summary

Carolina Beverage Group, LLC in Mooresville, NC is seeking an Ingredient Control Technician for the 12-hour day shift to prepare batched product, sanitize equipment, receive bulk materials, and maintain logs per written procedures and customer formulas. You will weigh and label ingredients, document quantities and lot numbers, inspect kits for quality, and sign off before shipping.

The role supports inventory, procurement and Bevan Warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college/tech certificate preferred.
• 3–6 months related experience or training accepted.
• Equivalent education/experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Create kits per procedures and formulas while maintaining quality.
• Weigh partial ingredients and label per kit.
• Document issued quantities for each ingredient and lot number.
• Inspect kits for quality and quantity accuracy.
• Sign-off on completed kits prior to shipping.
• Maintain quality, traceability and accuracy of all kits.
• Report to Ingredient Control Supervisor as needed.
• Dispose of ingredient packaging materials properly.
• Keep work area clean and sanitary.
• Organize raw ingredients by FIFO/WIFO principles.
• Maintain inventory reports for Procurement.
• Ensure shipping/receiving accuracy and inspect ingredients at Bevan Warehouse.
• Complete required paperwork: MOs, logs, trailer receipts.
• Follow SOPs & GMPs; perform other duties in Blending Department.
