Job summary

Syensqo is seeking a QC Lab Supervisor to oversee daily QC laboratory operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. This role supports production teams, resolves analytical and quality issues, and drives continuous improvement across testing methods.

The ideal candidate has a chemistry background, at least 5 years in a lab with supervisory experience, and proficiency with LabWare and SAP within ISO 9001, RSPO, and EFfCI frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the laboratory setting; supervisory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, RSPO and EFfCI standards.
• Experience with LabWare (or comparable software) and SAP.
• Strong communication and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of the QC laboratory.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met across operations.
• Provide troubleshooting for analytical, quality and production issues.
• Conduct annual performance reviews for QC staff.
• Participate in new product introductions and quality improvements.
