Job summary

Bright Innovation Labs in the United States seeks a seasoned QC/QA supervisor to lead the quality control laboratory and QA teams, ensuring production concentrates and finished products meet safety and quality standards. You will oversee analytical testing, develop QC plans, support regulatory audits, and drive continuous improvement across production, engineering, and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related science or equivalent experience.
• 5–6 years of Quality Control experience; 2+ years in Laboratory supervision/management.
• Strong English communication; bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to shift work.
• Knowledge of basic math.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Ability to supervise QC Lab and QA staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct all routine Quality Control Lab and Quality Assurance functions and staff.
• Responsible for all phases of physical and chemical evaluation and analysis of materials, packaging and goods produced
• Interface with all other departments in routine technical matters
• Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
• Support regulatory audits, including presenting information and supporting laboratory tours
• Develop quality control plans by identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establish limits and monitoring procedures
• Validate quality processes with Production and other departments and update QA procedures
• Oversee lab safety and cGMP compliance and training
