Job summary

Sanofi seeks a QC Lab Team Supervisor in Swiftwater, PA to lead the Quality Control Laboratory, ensuring GMP compliance and timely testing. You will drive continuous improvement, oversee staff, and coordinate with production to meet schedules while maintaining data integrity.

You will mentor teams, maintain qualification matrices, and uphold rigorous testing standards across instruments and methods in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering or a related field.
• Progressive QC experience within a pharmaceutical or vaccine manufacturing environment.
• GMP knowledge and regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, ICH).
• Experience authoring and reviewing technical reports and quality documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily QC laboratory operations to meet schedules and quality targets.
• Conduct routine reviews to identify improvement opportunities and ensure testing accuracy.
• Maintain GMP-compliant documentation and support audits.
• Lead and train laboratory staff; manage qualification matrices and training compliance.
• Apply calibration and maintenance plans to critical instruments and methods.
