Scismic is supporting the growth of a company seeking a QC Supervisor to lead laboratory activities supporting raw material, in-process, and final product testing. This role oversees day-to-day QC operations, ensures timely and compliant test execution, and fosters a strong culture of quality, safety, and accountability.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and manage QC testing to meet production timelines and regulatory expectation
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of QC analysts while promoting safe lab practices
• Review and approve QC documentation and support continuous improvement efforts
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve technical issues, reduce deviations, and drive on-time results
• Support audits, investigations, and corrective actions as needed
