Job summary

American Regent, Inc. in New Albany, OH is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Associate to support receiving, put-away, staging for production and daily cycle counts.

You will verify shipments against bills of ladings and purchase orders, document in AS400, and ensure proper inventory control in accordance with cGMPs and SOPs. Responsibilities include sampling support with QA/QC, handling hazardous materials per regulations, operating material handling equipment, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Distribution and warehouse experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; AS400 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming shipments against Bill of Ladings and Purchase Orders for correct items, counts and contents.
• Receive inventory and commodities into AS400 or via scanning; put away items in proper locations.
• Perform daily and monthly cycle counts and assist QA/QC as needed.
• Operate material handling equipment in warehouse areas and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Prepare and stage materials for production and transfer materials to production staging area.
• Maintain proper storage locations and update the Inventory System accordingly.
