Job summary

Mativ Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Inspector (Level 1) at our Orangeburg, NY site to inspect products through the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with customer specifications.

You will document QC results, report non-conformances, and provide quality leadership on the lamination to retail packaging line, while following standard EuroMed procedures and using the IQS/Epicor systems for documentation and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably quality-related.
• Follow written work instructions accurately.
• Work under minimal supervision.
• Capable with inspection equipment (calipers, thickness gauge, gauges).
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus.
• Read/understand technical docs, procedures, drawings, tolerances.
• Basic Word/Excel skills.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Must be able to read/write/speak English; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control inspections of products per EuroMed instructions.
• Complete QC documentation per EuroMed requirements.
• Report non-conformances to QA Management and file internal reports.
