Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a QC Inspector I to ensure product quality and safety in manufacturing or distribution environments. You will inspect materials, components, and finished products, document findings, and report defects while collaborating with teams to resolve quality issues.

The role requires basic math, attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret instructions and SOPs. PPE and physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs are expected in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret docs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect inbound materials, in-process items, and finished products; document results.
• Use measurement tools to verify dimensions and specs.
• Identify and report defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
• Collaborate with production/distribution teams to address quality issues and dispositions.
• Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality.
