Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a QC Inspector I to ensure product quality in manufacturing or distribution environments. You will inspect materials, components, and finished products, document findings, and report any defects.

You will work with production or distribution teams to identify and resolve quality issues and help drive process improvements. The role requires attention to detail, basic math, and familiarity with GMP/ISO standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Basic math including fractions to decimals.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with GMP, GDP, ISO, or 21CFR 820.
• Able to work in hot/cold environments and PPE.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products; document results.
• Use measurement tools to verify dimensions and specs.
• Identify defects and non-conformities; report and disposition.
• Collaborate with teams to address quality issues and corrective actions.
• Create and follow quality control procedures and standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement to enhance quality and efficiency.
• May operate powered material handling equipment.
• Read and interpret instructions, blueprints, and SOPs.
• Comply with SOPs, Quality Systems, OSHA and Medline regulations.
