We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to join as a Quality Control Inspector II.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform quality control inspections, checks, and tests during product manufacturing.
  2. Conduct receiving inspections.
  3. Perform and document First Article Inspections (FAI) according to AS9102 and/or customer requirements, including delta and internal FAIs.
  4. Conduct delegated source inspections as per customer requirements.
  5. Provide training to other Quality Inspectors on in-process, final, and delegated source responsibilities.
  6. Assist with RMA & MRB duties and facilitate quick disposition of nonconforming products.
  7. Maintain integrity in interactions across departments.
  8. Serve as a focal point for quality issues, concerns, or questions.
  9. Drive team efficiency through small projects and process improvements.
  10. Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring nonconformities.
  11. Participate in safety, FOD awareness, and rework reduction teams.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with measuring equipment such as scales, calipers, and micrometers.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and train others in new processes or techniques.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and general ERP/MRP systems.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with AS9100 or ISO9001 Quality Management Systems.
  • AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAI) certification.
  • Knowledge of J-STD-001 Solder Workmanship standards.
  • Understanding of IPC-A-620 Wire Harness Workmanship standards.

Qualifications

Education: High School diploma required.

Experience: 3-4 years of related experience required.
