M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join the ModularMission Critical™ manufacturing site near Richmond, VA.

You will perform field and in-house inspections to verify quality against plans, specs, and safety policies, and document findings for continuous improvement. Ideal candidates hold an Associate Degree in a technical discipline, have 4+ years of electrical experience, and can obtain a journeyman license within 6 months.

Qualificações

• Associates Degree in Technical Discipline or equivalent quality-related experience.
• At least 4 years hands-on experience in the electrical industry.
• Ability to obtain a state journeyman license within 6 months of hire.
• Experience reading contractual requirements, drawings, BIM models, specs, NEC codes, and standards.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and contract requirements.
• Read blueprints and specifications and monitor operations to meet quality standards.
• Inspect, identify, and submit materials or products for testing and measurement.
• Document approval or rejection of inspected material and coordinate with QA/foreman.
