Job summary

Modular Mission Critical is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to verify quality for durable and reliable installations at our VA manufacturing campus near Richmond. You will conduct field inspections, read blueprints, and document results to ensure conformance with project specifications and safety policies.

The role requires an Associates Degree or equivalent experience, 4+ years in the electrical industry, and eligibility for a Journeyman License within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Technical Discipline is required or equivalent quality-related experience.
• At least 4 years hands-on experience in the electrical industry.
• Ability to obtain a state Journeyman License within 6 months of hire.
• Experience reading and interpreting contractual requirements, drawings, BIM models, NEC codes, NETA and other standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Read blueprints and specifications and document results.
• Operate inspection equipment and software.
• Document inspection data and non-conformances; report results.
• Participate in ORM meetings and quality improvement activities.
