SMS InfoComm Corporation seeks a QC Inspector to inspect, test and verify customer devices in the Whole-Unit-Repair Depot Rushmore facility in Fort Worth, TX. The role emphasizes visual inspections, assembly checks and documentation verification to ensure unit integrity.

Responsibilities include software/hardware testing across Windows variants and ChromeOS, ensuring 45–55 units inspected per day with a 97.5% pass rate on OBA, and willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays, as needed.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred in business or computer science.
• Experience in a repair depot or quality control is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems required.

Responsibilities

• Performing Visual Inspections
• Identify assembly issues including missing screws and labels
• Test software/hardware across Windows (7/8/8.1/10/Enterprise) and ChromeOS
• Verify documentation and traveler forms against units
• Verify presence of accessories and unit integrity
• Meet 45–55 units inspected per eight-hour shift and 97.5% OBA pass rate
• Overtime availability; Saturdays 7:00am–3:15pm if needed
