Employee Magnets in Grapevine, TX is hiring a QC Inspector to verify and test customer devices in the Whole-Unit-Repair Depot Rushmore. You will perform visual inspections and rigorous software/hardware testing to ensure quality before delivery.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays. Prior repair depot or QA exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred in business or computer science.
• 0–1 year experience in repair depots or quality control fields.
• Basic knowledge of Windows-based operating systems required.
• Pays close attention to detail to identify order discrepancies and resolve issues with variances.
• Must be able to remove devices from packaging and repackage without causing damage.
• Must be able to transport devices between departments and to outbound shipping stations.
• Ability to focus on detail and work under pressure.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Must be hands-on with ambition and drive to succeed; makes things happen.
• Must be goal oriented and accustomed to achieving results through teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections for assembly issues, missing screws, and missing labels.
• Conduct software/hardware testing on Windows, ChromeOS, Traveler Form and unit verification.
• Ensure a 97.5% pass-rate through Out-of-Box Audit (OBA).
• Overtime and additional hours, including Saturdays (7:00am-3:15pm), may be required.
• Maintain a positive, organized warehouse environment with open feedback and two-way communications.
• Foster a healthy, safe work environment and support company culture.
