Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Understanding of Government contracts, correspondence, reports and records.
• 5+ years of experience enforcing QMS on contracts of similar size, scope and complexity.
• Knowledge of workmanship standards in janitorial and grounds services.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Mature judgment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate ideas effectively with personnel at all levels.
• United States Citizen or eligible to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (as stated).
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Valid state driver’s license with excellent driving record.
• Ability to obtain access to U.S. Government Installations via DBIDS.

Responsibilities

• Enforce the policy and standards of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Review site work to verify compliance with requirements, plans and procedures.
• Inspect and diagnose problems to determine corrective actions/repairs.
• Inspect work in progress and completed work for discrepancies per QC plan and safety plans.
• Maintain and submit quality inspection reports for monthly reporting.
• Maintain records of inspections, surveillances and corrective actions.
• Assist with preparation and submission of Contractor Quality Inspection and Surveillance Report.
• Ensure timely reporting of accidents, injuries and hazards.
• Assist with Safety Incident and Hazard Reports as required.
• Respond to emergency site maintenance as required.
• Complete monthly summaries of trouble calls and enter data in MAXIMO.
• Maintain accurate administrative records.
• Plan and organize work to meet deadlines.
• Maintain safety performance standards and work safely.
• Communicate openly with personnel at all levels.
