Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions is seeking a Quality Control Environmental Manager to oversee ISO compliance and the environmental program on an onsite Laughlin AFB contract in Del Rio, TX. You will lead QC across subcontractors, establish internal controls, and ensure contract requirements are met.

You will develop QC plans, monitor performance, and coordinate corrective actions, with responsibility for environmental management and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Four year degree from an ABET university is required.
• OSHA Training Certification and Environmental Compliance Certification must be completed.
• Five years of quality management experience is required.
• Ability to perform quantitative analyses and develop policy, procedures, and training.
• Knowledge of civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical work and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Control (QC) for the contract and ensure compliant performance.
• Develop a QC Plan (QCP) with methods to measure, track, analyze, and report performance trends.
• Maintain inspection documents and submit monthly quality control metrics.
• Provide analyses including corrective or preventive actions and follow up.
• Ensure contract quality control and performance review; oversee QC Inspectors.
