Job summary

You will verify materials, perform visual inspections, measurements and testing using Vision Systems, Verniers, Micrometers, Oscilloscopes, and other equipment. You will document results and maintain DHRs.

Requirements: high school diploma, 1–3 years QC/inspection, ability to read specs/drawings, basic computer skills; IPC-610D preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in a related quality control or inspection role required.
• Able to read specifications, procedures, and engineering drawings.
• Familiar with mechanical and electronic test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Verify procured materials, sub-assemblies, finished products, and processes meet quality standards.
• Perform visual inspections, dimensional measurements, and electrical testing for conformance.
• Document inspection and test results per procedures.
• Maintain quality documentation files (DHR, Inspection Records).
• Process returned material per company procedures.
• Read SOPs, schematics, drawings, PDAs, and ECOs.
