Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Quality Control Inspector for the 3rd shift in Chelmsford, MA. You will verify materials and processes to ensure they meet established quality standards, perform visual and electrical testing, and document results with various inspection tools.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1–3 years in QC or manufacturing, plus familiarity with mechanical/electronic test equipment. You may lift up to 50 lbs and must be able to work weekends if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in QC or manufacturing preferred.
• Familiar with mechanical and electronic test equipment.
• Basic computer skills; MS Office.
• Ability to read procedures and communicate clearly.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with Oracle and MES is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Verify materials, sub-assemblies, finished products meet quality standards.
• Perform visual, dimensional, and electrical testing to ensure specifications.
• Use inspection tools and document results per procedures; maintain records.
• Process returns and inspect shipping materials; read SOPs, PDAs, ECOs.
• Train inspectors on SOPs when needed and coordinate with other departments.
