Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is seeking a QC Inspector to document inspections, manage the ITP and ensure conformance to drawings, procedures and regulations. The role requires knowledge of welding, NDE and quality systems, with travel flexibility and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with 3–5 years relevant experience.
• Knowledge of welding, NDE and quality systems.
• Familiar with inspection equipment used in machining, assembly, testing.
• Willingness to travel and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Document dimensional and visual inspections per drawings or procedures.
• Document non-conforming materials using the NCR process.
• Review supplier qualifications for NDE, welding procedures and applicable requirements.
• Review and approve supplier documents and procedures as required by the customer and inspection body.
• Prepare ITP and procurement specs; define test and inspection requirements for projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
