Job summary

Responsibilities

• Inspect flat & 3D embroidery orders, checking for mistakes that do not match customer paperwork (styles, colors, quantities, design).
• Work closely with embroidery machine operators and supervisors to identify issues.
• Use a heat gun to shrink foam.
• Pick or pull out additional foam pieces within the design.
• Trim loose threads and fix minor mistakes with a marker.
• Ensure garments are clean and neatly packaged before packaging.
• Count, sort, and package finished garments and complete orders for shipping; discard or reject garments.
• Perform other duties as requested.

This is done through effective monitoring of all the finished caps. **Essential Functions:*** Inspect flat & 3D embroidery orders, checking for any mistakes that could have been made that do not match the customer’s paper work.
