Job summary

Cap America, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Associate to oversee the quality of all finished cap embroidery across shifts.

You will inspect flat and 3D embroidery orders, ensuring styles, colors, quantities, designs, and notes match customer paperwork. You will collaborate with embroidery machine operators and supervisors to identify and address issues, shrink foam with a heat gun, trim loose threads, and fix minor mistakes with markers to ensure clean, neatly packaged garments ready for

Responsibilities

• Inspect flat and 3D embroidery orders, checking for mistakes that do not match customer paperwork (styles, colors, quantities, design, notes).
• Work with embroidery machine operators and supervisors to identify issues.
• Shrink foam using heat gun and remove extra foam pieces.
• Trim loose threads and fix minor mistakes with marker/pen.
• Ensure garments are clean and neatly packaged for shipping.
• Count, sort, package finished garments and deliver orders to shipping.
• Discard or reject garments as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Position Summary:The Quality Control associate is responsible for overseeing the Quality of all Finished Cap Embroidery for all shifts. This is done through effective monitoring of all the finished caps.Essential Functions:Inspect flat & 3D embroidery orders, checking for any mistakes that could have been made that do not match the customer’s paper work.
