• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One or more years of manufacturing quality inspection experience preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Experience with calipers and height gauges preferred.
• Good communication and math skills desired.
• Able to learn company products, customer needs, and industry requirements.
• Work full-time in a production plant with standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate quality control activities, inspection methods, and procedures.
• Set up gauges and adapt inspection equipment and fixtures as needed.
• Perform part layouts, process audits, supplier inspections, and first-piece or 100% inspections of materials, parts, and products.
• Report nonconformities to manufacturing leads and supervisors.
• Perform statistical process control as required.
• Follow all policies, guidelines, and safety procedures in place.
• Completes any other related tasks as needed.
