Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow all Work Instructions (WI) and on-the-job training
• Operate and inspect parts per WI to maintain quality and customer satisfaction
• Complete all required production documentation accurately
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and safety guidelines
• Arrive on time and remain at workstation as scheduled
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with general facility upkeep
• Rework or repack parts as instructed by supervisor
• Assist with break coverage and support other team members as needed
• Maintain a professional and cooperative attitude with coworkers and supervisors
• Perform other related duties as assigned
