Job summary

Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring Quality Control positions in Lebanon, TN. Work hours are 7am-3:30pm with occasional Saturdays. The role offers $21-$23 per hour, weekly pay, and benefits, with a fast start date and temp-to-hire potential.

Responsibilities include implementing quality control programs, inspecting products, identifying defects, and supporting continuous improvement across production teams. Prior QC experience and a HS diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous quality control experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• General computer skills required.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to walk, bend, kneel, stoop and reach during a 12-hour shift.

• Implement and maintain quality control programs using statistical methods.
• Inspect products, conduct tests, and record results to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify defects or issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain quality standards for materials, products, and processes.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality concerns and drive continuous improvement.
• Supervise, train, and support staff in quality control procedures.
• Enter productivity data, create tags, and maintain accurate quality records.
• Keep work areas clean and safe while performing other duties or project tasks as needed.
